  • Employ or supervise the providers on our platform
  • Make clinical decisions or recommendations
  • Guarantee the quality, safety, or effectiveness of any provider's services

All providers listed on our platform are independent practitioners who are solely responsible for their services, clinical decisions, licensing, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client using our Platform, you understand and agree that:

  • You are responsible for evaluating and selecting your provider
  • Your relationship is directly with your chosen provider, not with Rooted Collective
  • Clinical matters and treatment decisions are between you and your provider
  • We are not liable for any provider's actions, omissions, or services

5. Provider Responsibilities

Providers using our Platform agree to:

  • Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and insurance
  • Provide accurate information about their credentials and services
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards
  • Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients
  • Handle all clinical decisions and billing independently

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY PROVIDER'S SERVICES OR INFORMATION.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROOTED COLLECTIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY PROVIDER'S SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
